REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Jaypee Sports City Welfare Society is “Not for Profit” organization and our focus is to work for welfare of its members. Membership Fee and Legal Contribution Fee paid at the time of membership application are non refundable up-to extent of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 4000 respectively or as and when changed and displayed at website at the time of filling membership application form.

Any amounts paid in excess by error shall be refunded by Society within 7 days of user making claim of refund, provided such claim is made with 30 days of the payment made.

Membership Fee and Legal Fund Contribution shall also be refunded by society in case your membership application is rejected by society for whatever reasons and membership is not accorded. This refund shall also be made with 7 days from the date of rejection of application and user providing bank account details where refund has to be made.

Any amounts paid as “Voluntary Contribution” or “Donation” are eligible for refund within 3 days of payment made and after 3 days no refund shall be made.

Society shall not make any refund in cash and refund shall be made only to the bank account of user himself.

All valid refunds shall be made to Resident bank account of user in India only.

Cancellation Policy
Users can apply for cancellation of Membership Application within 3 days of submitting the application and shall be able to claim refund of amounts paid at the time of application. No cancellation requests shall be entertained after 3 days of submission of application and full amount paid at the time of application shall be forfeited,

All valid refunds shall be made to Resident bank account of user in India only.
